Mr. Cunningham graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with a minor in Mass Communications/Advertising in 2005. Mr. Cunningham received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law School in 2008. During his schooling, Mr. Cunningham tailored his legal education for real estate matters including, eminent domain, land use/planning, and corporate finance. Mr. Cunningham is licensed to practice law in Florida, Michigan, and the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.

Professional Experience

Mr. Cunningham has been working for SHAMY, EL FADEL & MAHONE since 2006. Prior to his experience with SHAMY, EL FADEL & MAHONE, Mr. Cunningham gained years of work experience in real estate and business law, further working with Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund and participation in a legal internship with in house counsel of the The Falcone Group, one of the larger real estate developers in the country.
